Iview for workflow approval not found SAP XRPM

Hi there,

When execute the approval workflow from users inbox in Portal EP 6.0 SP14, system comes immediately with following error:

"Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :
iView : N/A
Component Name : N/A

iView not found: com.sap.pct.rpm.projectapproval.
Exception id: 04:14_18/05/06_0009_28326950  "

Does anyone know where we have to look for? Any help would be appreciate.
