Rule debugging

You can do this from PFAC using the option 'simulate rule resolution'.
Get the container elements being passed to the rule from the WF log, and
off you go.

If i'm right, this the rule resolution for determining the agents
correct? 
One indirect way of verifying your rule, would be to goto the workflow
log 
and check the container elements/agents if they are properly appearing 
alternatively do a container monitor and check during work item
execution. 
I'm not sure of how to absolutely do it in debugging.
