DMS - The checkout functionality does not delete the doc fm user's Directory

Hi Workflowers,

Via a workflow, we are using the SAP document management system to fill a
template (word document); while the user add text to this version managed
template, it creates a document on the user's Directory, with the option
that we chose: "Delete after checkout" the document is supposed to be
deleted from there.  At the present time, the documents accumulate in that
folder and do not get deleted.

Has someone experienced the same problem?  Does anyone know how to fix
this?

Any suggestions and/or comments are greatly appreciated.
