Workflow best practice

to add my perspective.  Abap is a core skill for a Workflow person,
especially AbapObjects and debug skills, but more importantly they need a
inquiring mind, not be afraid of research, and expect to be the first point
of contact for anything that goes wrong or any functionality that has a
tenuous link with Wf.
