Event linkage get inactive

Hi Shai,

More than likely you hitting in your error in your workflow that is
deactivating the workflow linkage.

Check the workflow log to troubleshoot the error (SWI2_FREQ or SWEL).

Also, you may want to change the system default for the workflow trigger
from 'Deactivate after error' to 'Do not change linkage'.
