Doubt regarding transport of organizational assignment

Vijay,

After we upgraded to SAP_BASIS SAPKB62050, I notice I have been getting that warning message. I do not recall getting it before. I release my transport despite the warning and everything has always transported okay.

I had a look at the customizing task that was created
and there were two entries in customizing table contents section
PDST and PDWS. The PDWS entry had no sub entries. I went ahead and deleted 
the PDWS entry in the customizing task, and then the consistency check did 
not give the error message.
Anyone's faced such a problem?
