Any WAPI to find agent

Hi Wf expert,

  I am developing a report of a workflow audit trail report to identify any 
agent that have actioned on the item or any agent that is holding a 
workitem.

  Does anybody know any WAPI/Fm that I can use.

  The requirement is that end user cannot have access to any standard 
workflow report and we need to develop a similar wf audt trail report.

  Any help is appreciated.
