Call Transaction SARA;

Select Archiving Object  WORKITEM

Click Write-Buttion in Action-Box

Select a Variant

 

In the selection Screen of the Report you find a Documentation.

Hi All,

 

I have never involved this activity,however got a basic info from SAP help.

 

1. Wanted to know how these activities are carried out ? Pls. let me know
where can I find some more detail info about settings for-  clearing tasks
related background job and what should be duration kept for work item
archiving etc.

 

2. Whether usually these activities - for scheduling clearing task related
job and work item archiving- are done by basis person?
