Hi,

I would like to know following: 

1) Can WF's be initiated from Portal or are mainly in R/3?

2) Do you use any kind of form based tool like adobe document services,
infopath etc. to trigger WF? If yes, what kind of transactions / ESS /
MSS requests are these?

3) Anybody aware of ISR's/Guided procedures? Advantage of one over
other? In which scenario would you use one over the other?
