New step - condition type in existing wf

Hi all,
I need to add a new step in existing workflow with Condition step type,
I've got difficulties when arrange one of the branches, which should be go
through many steps below,
but I can not find the way how to do it, can not drag & drop, can not
move....pls help.
Attached image describe my requirement (see red arrow)
