SWEC - Event Not Triggering

Hi All,
I have created a custom workflow in our CRM 4.0 system that uses
BUS1006.
I have created a custom event on ZBUS1006 called ZCHANGE.

In SWEC I have entered new config. for this.
Change doc object BUPA_BUP
Business Object BUS1006
Event: ZCHANGE

I have then put in field restrictions e.g. 
BUT000	NAME_FIRST	*	*
BUT000	NAME_GRP1	*	*
BUT000	NAME_GRP2	*	*
BUT000	NAME_LAST	*	*
BUT000	NAME_ORG1	*	*
BUT000	NAME_ORG2	*	*
BUT000	NAME_ORG3	*	*
BUT000	NOT_RELEASED	*	*

When I go to txn BP and change one of these fields, I can see the change
document object created in CDPOS for BUT000 and in CDHDR too but the
event ZCHANGED does not trigger, I cannot see it in SWEL. (The event log
is switched on and other events such as CHANGE for another workflow do
trigger).

Is there anything that I may have missed?
