What tables are used to maintain shopping Cart information?

Table CRM_JEST keeps all shopping cart statuses.  You probably don't
want to go directly to the table because you would have to get correct
GUID first from table CRMD_LINK and I can't remember what objtype_hi and
objtype_set to use.  The best way is to use function module
BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL.
