How to trigger a workflow daily?

Hi Claude,

You don't need a workflow for this. Just schedule a background job. See 
OSS Note 190669 for an example.

   What are the best ways to trigger a workflow if we need it to run 
everyday at 23:50.?

   The workflow is intended to create a report and send it to a list of
