Event Changed for object type FMRE not triggered

Shai Eyal shaie at team.co.il
Tue Jun 27 07:18:30 EDT 2006

Hi all,

Object type FMRE has event 'Changed' and 'Created' (and few others).
While we create funds reservation, the event 'Created' gets triggered.
However on change, event 'Changed' doesn't fire.

Any reason why ? Missing customizations ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
Shai Eyal

Hello Every body

I am checking any solution for my problem. Case is,

Shopping cart is created and approved properly but while creating the
backend document i received an error. Now i am going through APPLICATION
MONITOR to clicked on backend application error under shopping cart tab.
when i select the item and click on shopping cart details i get another
screen where i can see the all details of the cart. but there is no
change button coming over there. I need to change the error data and
then want to press the Transfer item again button to create the backend
documents again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yogesh

Hello WUGers,

I have run into a problem in e-recruiting that I hope someone can set me
straight on.

I have found this same problem in several standard workflows that create
an activity and then use a task based on object ERC_ACTIV and method
ProcessDocument.

I find that when I trigger the workflow from the e-recruiting jukebox
(web app), the workflow processes to completion without generating any
error messages in the workflow log - but it also doesn't send the
expected email. When I check SOST (the SAP Connect queue), I find that
an email was not even generated.

However, if I test that method (ERC_ACTIV.ProcessDocument) in SWO1,
using the activity GUID from the workflow that just ran, the email
message is created and sent just as expected.

I suspect there is something wrong with my webservices configuration but
I haven't been able to figure it out. Can anyone suggest what I might be
missing?

Thanks for any help you can give,

Margaret Hilsbos

You might have already checked this but do all the users involved have
e-mail addresses in SU01 ?

This is the documented behaviour of the email notification job. A
notification is sent out only once for each WI, subsequent actions on it

(including forwarding) will not trigger a new notification.

Mike

Hi,

We r using SAP R/3 4.6c

Previously I had used WS00400222 'Approve absence (sychr.unlock)'
workflow in IDES system which was working absolutely fine with the given
user IDs.

Now I have made a copy of WS00400222 'Approve absence (sychr.unlock)',
assigned proper agents according to my company's organgram to its
activities. I have made sure that all the relationships for the assigned
agents are maintained.

Then I created a leave request for an employee using PA61, but the
workflow was not triggered as it was in IDES system.

How can I trace that whether a workflow has been triggered or not?

Best regards,

Muhammad Asim Khan
