Question about WFSYST / AGENT

Hi,
Having just completed the BIT601 course I am now trying my first trials
with standard workflows. As an application guy I'm not too knowledgeable on
ABAP side.

But I have just come to play with the standard Credit Processing workflow
and I see the Responsible Agents for WS20000019 come from a sturcture WSYST
/ AGENT.

I am suire this is a silly question .. but how do they get there? Or how do
I get them there?
