ESS - Workflow Error

I changed the config to use template 12300111 (and customised the agent attributes of relevant tasks of course) and the error is resolved. We will now see if this template meets the business requirements.

is there a reason why you are not using template WS12300111? I think
this is the preferred one if you are working at least with ECC5.0.

Regarding the actual problem, the leave request functionality is quite
picky because it's directly starting the workflow without any events.
So there could be an error because all the container elements (esp.
the agent_0001 element available in WS12300111) are not there. Have
you also checked the template is set as a general task and no
structural authorizations or such are implemented?
