ESS - Workflow Error

Hello,

I have set-up ESS and testing with transaction 'ptarq'. I am using
workflow template '20000081'. I  get this error message 'No document
created: HRTIM_ABS_REQ 022 Unable to send the request
CL_PT_REQ_WF_PROCESSOR'. I have tried to debug...and it seems the
workflow fails because it is not defined as having ad-hoc capability(I
got same message when I use WS04200009). Could anyone offer some help?
