Hi Sue,

with the BADI workflow the release of the shopping cart is still done via TS10007991, of the standard WS10400051.
  WF-Batch has SAP-ALL and SAP-NEW.
When I said that the real user was releasing in the quality system I meants the last approver or in case of workflow without approval the initiator of the workflow

As I said in the previous mail when trying to release shopping cart via the method setrelease an error message (BBP_WFL 052 Error changing to status RELS, System Status APPR is active ) is return

Therefore no Shopping Cart can be transformed in purchase order, the current status of the shopping cart in BBP_PD is awaiting for approval inactive and approved active which normally what we should have to release the Shopping Cart.

However we have just found out why, we are using the extended classic scenario with local PO, and the problem was coming from the fact that the Printer defined as output was not existing in the system

Thanks for your time and help

Kind regards
Stephane
