Logically Delete workitems in error

Indeed



We have also written a report ourselves to call various WAPI functions 

with a range of workitem id's.

It's something you are bound to need somewhere down the road anyway....



And it's not so hard....   a select options for wi_id's and then loop and 

call the function you need.

I think it's SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKFLOW_CANCEL in this case.. but we still have 

SWW_WI_ADMIN_CANCEL in our report.

G'day Stanley,

 

It's always helpful if you include your version details when asking 

questions on the WUG. 

 

I don't think it makes a difference this time though as there is no such 

program. A mass logical deletion report is a common requirement but 

something that must be custom developed.
