Deleting adhoc approvers from SC approval preview

Hi,

Is there a way to delete manually added approvers from
the shopping cart approval preview. Requirement is
users should be able to delete the approvers that they
manually added in the approval preview. I see delete
option only for the Reviewers, but not for the
Approvers.
