Information on UWLs and EP workflows

Hi,

I'm new to EP related workflows. Could anybody give me links to EP related 
workflows and some links on the MSS (manager self service) and its 
associated PCRs (Personal Change Requests) just as a starting point. I'll 
appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

P.S : The UWL in MSS is it same as the SBWP in SAP R/3, I mean is the R/3 - 
SBWP available as is in the UWL.
