How can i Share my Inbox to other required Users

Please use the subsitute function via transaction SBWP menu path settings -> workflow settings -> maintain substitue

  I got a query regarding sharing of my inbox to other users in my abscence.
 
  So, that work can be handled by those users until i am back to the work.
 
  Is there any settings to do so...?
 
  Kindly let me know the possible solutions.
