PFTC - WF Builder Button

All,

   Has anyone had a problem in 6.4 (SAPKB64009) when using Tranx: PFTC -> Change mode, and then pressing the "Workflow Builder" button, the button disappears & doesn't go into the Builder? In order to go into the builder through PFTC I have to use the menu path Goto -> Workflow Builder -> Current Version.
