SRM Shopping Cart & PO preview error

Hi Stephane,

Why are you transporting standard templates? Maybe you only mean the tasks'
assignment.
Do the users involved (requester, approvers, wf-batch) have the same
authorisations in DEV and QA?
Is the personalisation tab (in SU01) the same for all users in DEV and QA?
Are your users well integrated in the org. strcuture (Run trnsaction
USERS_CHECK) and in the same way? (Maybe CUA in QA but not in DEV or maybe
in one of the systems you use the old link between users and businees
partner (user linked twice) and not in the other.
If all doesn't work, I would check OSS notes about "ad-hoc agents" in SP09
and SP10. The other thing I would do is, in QA to reactivate the previous
definition version (use the same as in DEV), and then recheck the agents
assignments. SAP hard-coded some workflows ids, maybe they do a check on the
version as well.

Cheers.

Subject: SRM Shopping Cart & PO preview error

Hi

I would like to add to the problem expressed just below that I have
transported from the Dev system to Quality system the workflow WS14000146 (
Sub workflow for BADI local PO)
and now I do have the same problem, the approval preview is working fine in
D and not in Q

Any Ideas ?
Cheers
Stephane
