How to send Link through mail

Hi,
 
I am sending the mail through the Workflow.
Version : BBPCRM 4.0.
Could you suggest why this problem is occuring?
What will be the possible solution to this problem.

Hello Everyone, 

 I need to send an Email to the Approver of Shopping Cart to Approve/Reject.

 Email should allow Approver to click on a link in the email to directly
approve/reject the shopping cart. 

 My problem here is how to send a link in the email to the Approver. 
 When I am trying to send in link, it's reaching to the Approver's Inbox in
the text format and not as a link. 

 Any help will be Appreciated.
