Change Workitem text editor

Hello all,

How do I change the graphical workitem text editor not to use MS-Word?

I know Goto -> Configure Editor lets me choose 'Graphical PC Editor' or
not and I can switch between them.

What I'm talking about is the GRAPHICAL one in particular. Same PC, same
frontend: on some systems the graphical editor is a nice and fast internal
SAP creation and on others it's that MS monster that takes 15 seconds to
load just to fix a missing comma.

Any input appreciated.
