When you say large do you mean it will not easily fit into a single page
that can be done as follows :-
A graphical representation of the workflow can be copied from PFTC into a
word document.
PFTC > Workflow > Print > Graphic (CNTRL + P) > Output Options > Clipboard
> OK > Print > Word > Paste (CNTRL + V)
