RSWUWFML2 : Sending executable work item as attachement

I am sending executing worktiem as an attachmnet by checking the box in 
selection screen of program RSWUWFML2. So I do not know if I am sending it 
as text and binary . Could you please let me know how could I set it to 
Binary.
Secondly I set all "Formats" in SCOT txn.
