Upgrade to Version 5

Hi,

Our client is planning to upgrade to ver 5 from existing 4.6C. They want
to have an understanding on how the current 'custom' objects will react
to the change. These include dictionary object from domains to tables
and abap objects like reports, BADIs, workflow templates, internet
services etc.

Will the upgrade require changes in all the custom objects or is there
something else.
