4.6C - workflow builder invalidates workflow definition .....

I had something similar happen.  I was editing the workflow template/BOR
items/regenerating it, at the same time as another developer was test
running the same wf template.

If in my editing I left a BOR method that did not syntax check and the other
developer tried to run the template, then SAP thought it would be clever and
wind back the BOR abap code to the previous version, hence loosing my
program code.

What we did was a work around and talk to each other to make sure the other
one did not regenerate/run the Wf template whilst the other was editing the
BOR code.

It was a strange situation.
