Error OL 826 when starting WF

Hello,
 
Any help is greatly appreciated:
 
When starting the workflow by event when a notification is created (Business
object BUS7051) for the object.  
Error OL826 (object does not exist) occurs in the workflow log.   The
notification is created from the Portal.
