How to send Multi language e-mail based on user logon ?

look at the binding parameters of thre email step..you will see the parameter 'LANGUAGE' where you can pass the user logog language...

One way you could get language specific text is to put conditional logic (if, else...) into the description/body text of the task using the user logon language for the IF statement check. Go to menu item Edit--> Command--> Insert Command. It may not be the best way but it will work.

Hi All,

 

I have created an e-mail task as a workflow step using graphical editor in the step creation process in sap 4.6C. Now I need to send the e-mail depending on the user language. I don't see a way to enter multi language text so that user get the message in their logon language. What's the best way to send e-mail sensitive to user logon language.
