Returned Element in Rule Container

Agent Determination Rules don't have export elements... you need to use
the standard element _RULE_RESULT which you will see in the binding
between the workflow step and the rule.

Hi Bob,
You should be able to add an export element to the container for the
rule and then use the swc_set_element macro to set the element in the
function you are calling in the rule.
