Question in Travel Management - workflow

Hi Bala, 
HR has it's own locking concept which has nothing to do with editing, e.g. while running payroll. The WF design is correct, as it will sit and retry until payroll is complete. 

I can't remember the details at the mo where you can check, but you can talk to your HR people.
