secondary modal or amodal methods

Why don't you package up your task + a send mail step into a subflow,
and then put the dynamic parallel setting
on the subflow rather than just the task? This is how I usually handle
these requirements.

Subject: secondary modal or amodal methods

Hi

I have a parallel task within a workflow, that I was using the tasks
'Notification of completion' tab, to indicate completion. BUT I now have
to
change this as the customer wants the heading changed, removing the
'NOTIF
of completion'. As I understand it, this is system generated and I cant
change it. Because this is a task that uses a multiline table to send
to,
its dynamic, I cant introduce a subsequent mail task (this is after ALL
agents have finished), I need an individual mail sent after each
'parallel'
task has been completed.

Can I use a secondary method, in the task to send the email? if so how.

TIA

John
