Web-forms to trigger a workflow

At my current client we've got a lot of workflow requirements for users to
enter creation/change request data onto a web-form that is then used to
trigger an R/3 workflow for approval and creation/change of the relevant
business object.
An example is for a business user to enter basic data onto a web-form
(accessible from the SAP Portal) about a Sales Order he wants creating .
The business user (who will have an R/3 userid) won't know all of the Sales
Order data so can't post something in SAP. A workflow is triggered that
will firstly route the request for approval and then on to a Shared Service
Centre. The workflow will then facilitate the SSC to create the Sales Order
in R/3.

So, my question is what are the possible approaches to support this?

I'm currently investigating SAP Interactive Forms, WebDynPro forms, IACs
and Internet Service Requests.

Just wondering what others have used to support similar requirements.
