can not display objects and attachment in user decisions

Dears;
 
     i could see the 'sales order: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX' under objects and attachment in the inbox,
But when i click on it, it will show nothing but which should display the sales order.
 
    For this problem it is fine few days ago and i didnot do any thing to the workflow.
 
    wait your advice.
