open task execution on a separate window

Hi,

I am working on a workflow with a decision task. One of the steps in the
decision task is to launch an URL. This URL is dynamically buit using call
dialogue function call. When user executes the step in WF, it  is launching
the URL correctly but within the same window though. However, the user wants
to be able to toggle between the Workflow decision step and URL window. I
was able to luanch a separate window using a transation but not with a call
dialogue.

I appreciate any help.
