Hi Andy,
Condition/rule monitoring. Conditions to complete a fork or start/complete
conditions set up in the conditions tab of a WF step.

Do you have massively complex conditions set up? The time is definitely
excessive. Suggest scratching around OSS for notes, because this should
normally be a regular job (default is half an hour).

TX SWI1_COND should do the same online - should help you investigate.
