Configuring UWL

G'day Ananth,

The UWL 'pulls' from the the various backend systems rather than those
systems 'pushing' to it. The UWL needs to be configured to connect to your
ESS/MSS backend system. This maybe something you want to talk to your portal
people about. Otherwise search on UWL configuration.
