URL for transaction SBWP

Hi All,

I have an R/3 system which has an Internet Transaction Server (ITS) attached
to it. Now I want to get the URL of the transaction SBWP which I want to
send out through a workflow mail. 
How can I do this? 
>From where can I read this URL within the R/3 system?
