Thanks Kjetil for your reply.
You've confirmed what I thought myself. I was looking at different Plan Versions but as you point out only one plan version can be active.

We have multiple company codes (lost count...a few hundred) in our installation, and there is only one organisation plan. Why would you have different organisation plans, and how would you differentiate? You can't differentiate on plan version, because only one plan version can be active, and only one plan version can be "active" for workflow (but I think it could be a different plan version from the active plan - if you want to confuse everyone).

However, all of our companies are parts of the same corporation. If your other company is e.g. Statoil Ireland (not so random example), it might make sense to have different organisation plans. Not my cup of tea though. In such a case I'd be wondering first of all why some users would have access to both companies.

		Hello all,

We use Simple Maintenance (PPOM) and are on version 3.1I

At present our Organisational Plan applies to a single company BUT now we are introducing another company which requires a PO Release WF.

Do I include this company in the existing Organisational Structure? Some existing users will have access to both companies while most will not have access to the new company. Some new users will only have access to the new company.

Does your installation cover more than one company?

If YES, do you have just one organisational plan?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
