Offline Approval

Akshay there's a bunch of tutorials on SDN about Adobe and offline mail
scenarios. 
 
Just follow those to send out the form and receive it back in. 
 
What you want to do is as you receive the form, fire off a workflow
event with the approved/rejected decision 
which you have stored on the form somwhere. If you want to get fancy you
can get into protecting fields once the decision has been made, but
suggest you get a basic scenario working first.

We have a case in which we need to send a Adobe interactive form as an
attachment to approver's email address(outlook) and perform offline
approval.
Could you pls help  in going about for the solution to this scenario?
 
System is mySAP ECC 6.0.
