Vijay,

You just need to check the boxes. If you are going to schedule this
report then create an appropriate variant. The report documentation is
very helpful.

If the checkboxes you mention are disabled it sounds like you have
ticked the option to just send a summary message to the email system,
rather than one message per work item...
