BPS Workflow vs STS

Hello,

My current client is going to be using BW-BPS and we are discussing the
choice between using Status Tracking System (STS) and Workflow to assist in
their planning processes.

Just wondering if anyone has used Workflow with BPS or if you've always
used STS and what were your reasons behind your decision.
