Add reviewer button disable in EBP

Hi,

I have copied standard n-level BADI approval workflow WS14000133 and 
WS14000134. I have also implemented the BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI. But the 
'Add Revier' and 'Add Approver button' is coming as disable in the 
shopping cart approval preview. I have not changed anything in the copied 
workflow. 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
