You could probably figure it out by looking at the code, but here's the selection screen and other texts
Selection texts:
P_FNAME = (from dictionary)
P_L_FAIL = Details about failed WIs
P_L_OK = Details about cancelled WIs
S_CREDAT = (from dictionary)
S_STATUS = (from dictionary)
S_TASK = (from dictionary)
S_WF_ID = (from dictionary)
Text symbols:
L01 = Work items successfully cancelled: (mLen = 45)
L02 = Work items where cancellation failed: (mLen = 45)
L03 = Discarded input data: (mLen = 45)
SB1 = Work item IDs specified in file (mLen = 50)
SB2 = Selection based on workflow header (mLen = 50)
SB3 = Level of detail in output from report (mLen = 50)

I've submitted this report before, but I thought I'd better check that google finds it before I tell you to search the archives. It didn't, so here it is again (attachment). Not my finest piece of work with hard-coded texts, no use of the application log and so on - but it does what it is supposed to do (even if the logging is poor).

Ok, but I have no clue of how to develop this report!

Hi Josie,
I would have to go along with the standard recommendation not to use
RSWWWIDE in a productive system..
Perhaps SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKFLOW_CANCEL would do the trick ? I can't tell
right now because I am installing a new GUI, but it's worth taking a
look at.
Good luck,
Sue
