workflow definition not in version '0001' in QA server.

Hi Bala,

Do this: (check which version is active clicking CRTL+F5)

Generate another version of your WF model and add it to a new transport
order. Then make the transport.

Make sure a new version was generated and it's "active", by ctrl+f5.
