Workflow for creating Pricing Conditions ( VK11)

As far as I know there are no approvals possible using status objects for 
condition types!
You'll have to use the dates as you say....but even then how would you block 
the conditiion record..probably before approving put a start date and end 
date as 31.12.9999. Then after it gets approved replace back the dates....or 
maybe the person who's approving should change back the dates to the desired 
ones. Try it out.
