How to FIND the work item in SAP WORKPLACE INBOX as its sittingoutbox now

Agent assignment is usually client-specific. Unless your task is a general task, check that the agent assignment is as it should be, and wait until after midnight (buffer refresh). If you mind waiting, try SWU_OBUF and the works.
